Register Any Time, but Early is Best
Class sizes are limited and many fill quickly, but you are welcome to join our classes at any time. Registering early does help ensure that you get your first choice, and that we have your child's materials for you at your first class. If you enroll after the session begins, we will schedule makeup classes or pro-rate tuition.

Choosing a Class
Because each curriculum is developmentally specific, your child should be at least the minimum age for the class in which you are enrolling. If you have concerns about your child's success in a class, we will gladly discuss your child's needs and work with you to place your child in the class best suited for him or her.

Enrollment Confirmation
A registration form and payment must be received before your child's place in class will be reserved. If we cannot accommodate your requested time, we will place you on a waiting list or offer a full refund. You will receive a phone call, email or mailed notice within two weeks to confirm your registration.

Make-up Classes
We are happy to allow students who miss a class to make up that class. Simply call in advance to schedule make-ups.

Non-enrolled Siblings
We regret that Village and Our Time classes cannot accommodate non-enrolled siblings, except for those young enough to stay contented in a carrier or stroller during class. Siblings of students enrolled in Imagine That! or Young Child are welcome to join us for Sharing Time. Siblings eligible to be in the same class must both be enrolled.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you aren't completely happy with your Kindermusik experience after attending at least five classes, we'll refund or credit all of your tuition except for the cost of Home Materials which are yours to keep and enjoy. Pro-rated tuition refunds are also given in case of withdrawal due to unforeseen circumstances.
